Postage and Handling
Goods will be sent on the next working day after payment clears, (if they are in stock). If any items are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date and hold or refund your payment. You choose.
New Zealand Delivery
We offer a 2-3 working days Express Post courier service to the main centres in NZ for a flat rate of $4.50. Pick ups and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only so allow and extra 2-3 days if you place your order over a weekend. Allow for 2-3 working days for outlying and rural delivery areas. Discreet packaging assured, your parcel will arrive in an unmarked courier bag, we put a return address only on the bag and DO NOT include our business name.
If you have not received your parcel within 5 days of placing your order, when you have paid by credit card or direct credit, please contact us immediately at lostparcel@bodyorganics.co.nz so that we can track the item.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All the information you give to us will be treated with strict confidence. We will never sell, loan, rent or give your name, address, email address or any other personal information to a third party.
Refunds
Choose carefully as we do not refund for "change of mind".
If a mistake is made which is our doing , we will exchange it for the right item at no cost to you.
